The US Department of Justice has moved to revoke citizenship for 40 foreign-born Americans facing criminal allegations, one of the most assertive denaturalisation efforts in recent years. The department's newly reorganised National Fraud Enforcement Division also issued a corporate enforcement directive, pointing to closer oversight of corporate fraud.
