Police in South Wales taken into custody an 18-year-old on Monday for a deadly crash. Officers say a car plowed into a rider on a quiet street near Newport. The victim was pronounced dead on scene. The driver left the car close by, returned, and then fled. A man in the car was rushed to hospital carrying injuries. Cops also took another suspect into custody related to a caravan fatality. They released him but imposed strict terms. He must stay home and report to them each week.
