Dame Prue Leith has been candid about growing old. She insisted she has reached an age where she is not bothered about what people think. She said: "When you're old, you don't give a toss." She added: "You come into your own growing old." The broadcaster and baker has also confirmed that she has had cosmetic surgery. She talked about the brighter and darker sides of being old. Leith has also offered a glimpse of her Cotswolds home and mentioned an event she has planned.
