Rogers Communications has completed its buyout of the remaining 37.5 percent stake in Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment from Kilmer Sports for $4.35 billion.
The deal turns Rogers the only owner of MLSE.
This move broadens Rogers' oversight across the Toronto Maple Leafs, Toronto Raptors, and other teams in the company's athletic portfolio.
Multiple outlets verified the finalised transaction on Monday.
Rogers earlier maintained a majority stake in MLSE alongside Kilmer Sports.
