Maryland Question 3 is about changing the state's constitution. It's about the process of drawing congressional districts. Voters can say yes or no. A yes vote backs the amendment. A rejection vote rejects it. The result could alter Maryland's representation in Congress. Local news outlets have explained the issue. They say a supportive vote means the drawing of districts could change. A rejection vote keeps the current system.
