The two-week Festival d'Été de Québec closed with impressive numbers. Major acts played various stages on Grande-Allée and within Parc de la Francophonie. Organisers counted a larger number of people than ever before. Opening night had minor issues that could have turned into a larger problem. Rain showers caused delays on several days. Still, locals kept coming back despite the setbacks . A brief check after the event showed the majority of people were pleased with how it ran, even with the bumps along the way .
