Defense attorneys in the Lindsay Clancy murder trial rested their case on day 18 after expert testimony outlining postpartum psychosis. The psychiatrist told the court Clancy heard voices, felt as if controlled like a puppet, and was in a psychotic state. The prosecution is now bringing forward rebuttal witnesses to present their side. A prosecution psychiatrist testified that Clancy told her children "go to God" at the time of the January 2023 stabbing deaths of the two young siblings. Clancy has pleaded not guilty on the grounds of insanity. The trial is coming to a conclusion.
