Chase Elliott ran into the wall on Sunday at the Brickyard 400. He finished in 26th place. The vehicle hit hard but Elliott stated the damage remained minor. Later, Alex Bowman announced he will leave the sport after 2027. Bowman’s exit opens a spot that may be offered to Conner Zilisch in 2028. Elliott exclusively spoke about Bowman post crash, and avoided any driver reshuffle talk.
