A muscular Black man in his mid-30s was described as the suspect, later reported in custody after an wide-area search. Approximately ten minutes into the operation, authorities issued the shelter-in-place notice and rescinded the alert once the suspect’s location was determined. Authorities stated the incident was contained and the area was returned to normal as the search continued outside the radius. Citizens were urged to monitor official updates through official channels for any further instructions.
